Know any good steak recipes? - steak recipes

Loooove My friend just so I decided steak ive to him, taking him to surprise a good meal! What are the "good men" recipes meat? I havent, what kind of meat I decided to buy, I thought he could help me with this?;]

Rib-eye steaks, buy or at least some stirploin. If you get some good steaks in marble, all you have to do with salt and pepper and some oil and throw on the grill cooked until seasoned to your taste. There is nothing better than a grilled fillet of Nice.

Pesto rosemary crusted lamb
Makes 4 servings

* 2 / 3 cup chopped fresh parsley
* 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary
* 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
* 1 / 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 / 3 cup dry breadcrumbs
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 4 (3 oz) boneless fillets of lamb Hull
* 1 / 4 cup olive oil

1. The puree of parsley, rosemary, garlic, parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bread crumbs in a blender until frothy. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. Brush the lamb steaks on one side with beaten egg. Spread the pesto on rosemary lamb chops in the egg coating, coating liberally.

2. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the lamb in a pan, pesto down. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until the pesto mixture is lightly browned. Nets Turn and continue to cook until the desired doneness, done 3 to 4 minutes for medium-sized enterprises.
