Renewing my drivers license? - renewing drivers license ohio

My birthday was in mid-December, which lasted 25 years and my license has expired. I did not renew, but simply because they fly in the winter. My husband and readers have a car so I can do nothing without him go because he anyway the whole day at work.

My question is if I renew I get into a kind of problem? Obviously they do not know that I do not drive in winter. I do not know do not get in trouble for a month.
